WESTFIELD (NO. 57)
The plans for Westfield were prepared for Frederick William King of 8 Upper High Street who also had the house built. However, the first occupier appears to have been Thomas Holt, who was living at the address in 1911. Holt bought Westfield from Frederick King in 1914.

The plans were prepared by Thomas Stopher, FSI, architect and surveyor, of Winchester. Westfield consisted of a drawing room, dining room, hall, vestibule, morning room, kitchen, scullery and kitchen court, with five bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. (Building control plan HRO ref. W/C11/2/1348).
