The plans for Teg Field House were submitted in July 1932, by architect Aubrey J Harding (Midland Bank Chambers, Winchester) on behalf of Admiral Sir Morgan Singer. (HRO reference W/C11/2/2862)
The plans showed a loggia, drawing room, dining room, servant's sitting room, study, hall, kitchen and scullery.
Upstairs there were five bedrooms and two bathrooms.. The attic had a further two bedrooms and a box room.

Teg Field House became a Residential Care Home in 1983, known as Tegfield House.
