The plans for Pinecroft were approved in Sept. 1955. The architect was S. Kilgour. (HRO W/C11/2/6619).

The house had a dining room, lounge, hall, kitchen and four bedrooms. Note - The house was on the corner of Chilbolton Ave and Sarum Road. The driveway access was shown as being on Sarum Road.
