The plans for Chapter House were submittted in March 1935 by Arthur E J Mort, architect of Westminster Bank Chambers, Winchester, on behalf of E Wynn-Williams. (HRO W/C11/2/3436) The plans show a dining room, drawing room, study, hall, kitchen and maid's room, along with five bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs.
