The plans for Bella Vista were approved in 1930. They were drawn up by Haynes, Johnson and Ebbs, Winchester architects. See HRO 2587 for details.

Bella Vista changes its name to The Beeches (before 1955).

Plans for alterations, including converting the garage to a bedroom were approved in 1955 for G D Millward.

Plans for a new garage were approved in Jan 1956 for A G Millward.
