Building Control Plan reference numbers for HRO. To 1939.

The Building Control Plans for Chilbolton are in the W/C11/2 collection at the Hampshire Record Office.

The Building Control Plans for Winchester Rural District Council, from 1898 - 1932, have been inserted into this Winchester City Council planning sequence, using numbers 2871 to 3055, resulting in them appearing to be out of date order.

The meanderings of the Municipal boundary in the early 20th century resulted in two houses on Chilbolton Avenue - Weeke Gore and Rastgarth - were built on the WRDC side of the boundary, and therefore having 'out of sequence' reference numbers.
